1. An area of disorganized showers and isolated thunderstorms associated with a surface trough is located about 900 miles southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Upper level winds in the vicinity of this system are currently not conducive for significant development. However, as the surface trough continues moving westward at 10 to 15 mph, there is a low chance, 20 percent, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next two days.

Pues la verdad es que el INVEST si que es un poco ''churripandi'', pero que se geste en esta cuenca ya es un logro.

Si no me equivoco es el 2º de la temporada, después de aquel de Febrero que evolucionó sobre la latitud 2N

bajan las chances al 10%

As the surface trough continues moving generally westward at around 10 mph, there is a low chance, 10 percent, of this system becoming a tropical cyclone during the next two days.

La verdad que está muy parada la actividad por la zona, y sobre todo en el WPAC....y mas sabiendo que estamos a principios de Julio.
