El entorno del Lago de Oo conforma una de las postales más bellas del Pirineo. El agua, el verdor y la cascada seducen al visitante en una ruta sencilla e ideal para una jornada de descanso activo. Partimos desde las granjas de Astau y disfrutamos con un paseo fácil pero irrepetible.
Ubicación: Haute Garonne, Pirineos, Francia.
Desnivel acumulado: 396m.
Distancia: 8km.
Duración: 3h.
Acceso: Partimos desde las granjas de Astau, a las que se accede desde el pueblo de Oo en la carretera que comunica Bagneres de Luchon y el col de Peyresourde.
9:45. Partimos desde las granjas de Astau (1.140m), a rebosar en un día soleado de verano.

Algunos siguen hasta Espingo y Portillon en busca de ascensiones de más calibre. Nosotros también lo haremos algún día.

LAS NOTAS (La escala es del 1 al 5):
DIFICULTAD: 1. Camino fácil y con poco esfuerzo físico. Apto para todos los públicos.
BELLEZA DEL ITINERARIO: 5. El paseo hasta el lago, y sobre todo, su entorno merecen la máxima nota. Impresionante recompensa visual.
Y ASÍ LO VIO MI PADRE: Mi partenaire me comenta que "fue una ruta dominguera que tuvo un final apotéosico. Merece la pena".
