Primera Tormenta Tropical por el noroeste de Australia, tal y como venía comentando Torre en el Seguimiento Tropical, pero no llegará a más, pues se ve mucho aire seco en todo el sur del sistema, y a no muy tardar... le afectara de lleno.
La marina emite avisos de Tormenta, mientras tanto el B.O.M emite su primer aviso de la temporada, Baja Tropical para el Servicio Meteorológico de Australia.

TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING CENTRE PERTH
A Tropical Low was located at 2 am WST near 16.1S 110.7E, that is 740 km north
northwest of Exmouth and 830 km northwest of Karratha and moving southwest at
13 kilometres per hour. The system is not expected to affect the WA mainland in
the next 48 hours.
The next Information Bulletin will be issued at 9 am WST.

Alcanzó la Categoría 1 para el B.O.M, pero rápidamente degradándose por lo que comentaba del aire seco... la convección profunda se calienta y se viene a bajo.

TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING CENTRE PERTH
Tropical Cyclone Mitchell (Category 1) was located at 8 pm WST near 19.0S
110.0E, that is 540 km northwest of Exmouth and 760 km north northwest of
Carnarvon and moving south southwest at 17 kilometres per hour.
The next Information Bulletin will be issued at 3 am WST.
