El jueves fue el peor día de todos, como me había anunciado Jorge (la meteo que viene), así que hice lo que se suele hacer en estos casos: cruzar la frontera y buscar el sol. Me detuve en Canfranc y conocí el valle que lleva al embalse de Ip. Fue una jornada de descanso activo.
Ubicación: Valle de Ip, Aragón.
Desnivel acumulado: 1.125m.
Distancia: 16,64km.
Duración: 7h.
Acceso: Partimos desde el puente romano situado en el extremo septentrional de Canfranc. Y ahí nace el serpenteante sendero que nos llevará al embalse. Sube con cautela, quizá con demasiada cautela, pero he de confesar que mis piernas lo agradecieron tras varias palizas.

Poco a poco voy dejando atrás el bosque. Y veo que las alturas no presentan un aspecto muy acogedor. Aunque no me importa, hoy es el día para quedarse en la base.

LAS NOTAS (La escala es del 1 al 5):
DIFICULTAD: 3,5. Es un itinerario evidente, muy bien marcado, pero que exige todo el día para efectuarlo. El descenso a Canfranc se acaba haciendo pesado.
BELLEZA DEL ITINERARIO: 4. Recorrido pirenaico cien por cien con bosque, praderas, lago y altas montañas.
Regresé a Lescun y ya sólo faltaba la quinta parte del plan. Continuará...
