El macizo de Jaizkibel guarda varios tesoros en su haber, casi siempre ligados a su capacidad para ofrecer al mismo tiempo paisajes montañeros y marinos. Es una mezcla que he aprendido apreciar en los últimos años y el Mitxintxola fue una prueba más para demostrarlo.
Ubicación: Macizo de Jaizkibel, Gipuzkoa.
Cima: Mitxintxola (309m).
Desnivel acumulado: 322m.
Distancia: 7,66km.
Duración: 2h y 20min.
Acceso: Partimos desde Pasai Donibane, al que se llega desde la carretera de Lezo.

LAS NOTAS (La escala es del 1 al 5):
DIFICULTAD: 2. Gran parte del itinerario es evidente, pero contiene un tramo muy empinado con un sendero que en ocasiones no es fácil de seguir.
BELLEZA DEL ITINERARIO: 3,5. Espectaculares vistas hacia Donostialdea y el mar. Estupenda combinación.
IMPORTANCIA DE LA CUMBRE: 1.
Y ASÍ LO VIO MI PADRE: Mi partenaire me comenta que "fue una ruta urbana con más de un aliciente".
Una opción más que interesante para una mañanera que, además, se puede alargar por Jaizkibel.
