Probablemente, la mayoría de los modelos pronostica que tenga un pico entre la Cat. 1 y la 4, el llegar a major está entre las las posibilidades.

Inmerso en la RI. Nuevo pico de 125kts en 48h en el ultimo parte.
Realmente luce muy bien, todo por delante apunta a que seguirá incrementando intensidad. Por cierto el GFS insiste en que habrá un cierto "Efecto Fujiwara" con lo que salga de la 94L.

Según comentaban en la discusión anterior en el NHC las últimas imágenes de microondas mostraban un eyewall concéntrico y sólido, comentaban que al parecer el ciclo de reemplazo de la pared del ojo ya había concluido de ahí la mejoría evidente en el aspecto.

Y esta del visible de cuando alcanzaba la Cat. 5 lástima que en esos momento trabajaba con el móvil y no descargue la serie de imágenes con mucha resolución, según comenta un meteorólogo que citan en el blog de Jeff Masters uno de los huracanes mas simétricos que recuerda, rayando la perfección.
