Mexico have changed little in organization overnight. However,
environmental conditions remain conducive for gradual development,
and a tropical depression is expected to form by mid-week while
the system moves west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph.

Lanzada la alerta por formación tropical, por parte de las agencias, cuando ya tiene el 90% de posibilidades de desarrollo y alcanza fuerza de Depresión Tropical con 30kts-1005mb, esto además de ver "quien está de guardia".

pressure located about 1450 miles east-southeast of the Big Island
of Hawaii are gradually becoming better organized. Environmental
conditions are expected to be conducive for development, and a
tropical cyclone will likely form over the next day or two while
the system moves west-northwestward at 15 to 20 mph.

Se forma la cuarta Depresión Tropical en la Epac, justo en la línea de separación con la Cepac ó demarcación del Pacífico Central, con sede de Seguimiento en Honolulu. A primera vista del SAT, parece un batiburrillo de tormentas y aguaceros, sin orden ni concierto. Las agencias le dan poco pico de desarrollo, si acaso de 45 kts. a las puertas de las islas Hawaii. En fin...........

Según las agencias, "esto" acaba de ser ascendido a Tormenta Tropical con 35 Kts-1009 mb. Ni lo voy a comentar siquiera.
