Hola a todos se ha descubierto un cometa que era visible a simple vista ( +3) en el momento del descubrimiento mas informacion aqui :

En realidad no ha sido descubierto "a simple vista". En el hemisferio norte estamos esperándole desde hace tiempo, y parece ser que a primeros de mayo, tambien desde estas latitudes será visible, tambien a simple vista, el NEAT 2001 Q4

Pues a mi me parece que no tu no te enteras de la pelicula   , este cometa es un nuevo cometa que se denomina :

2004 F4 BRADFIELD

Tu te referiras al 2002 T7 LINEAR...o a algun cometa periodico , que por cierto no hay ninguno ahora visible a simple vista .

Joer, esto es lo que hace grande la astronomía amateur, a pesar de tanto sistema LINEAR y NEAT aún se siguen descubriemdo cometas a pelo

William Bradfield Finds Another Bright Comet
IAU Circulars 8319 & 8320 announce the discovery of C/2004 F4 (Bradfield) by Willliam A. Bradfield (Yankalilla, SA) on March 23.43 & 24.42 using a 25 cm reflector. The comet was close to the horizon in evening twilight. Further attempts to find the comet were unsuccessful until the last few days. The preliminary orbit has this comet reaching perihelion of 0.17 AU on April 17.1 UT. The comet may reach m1~2 about that time. Unfortunately, the comet remains within 20 degrees of the Sun during the time it is bright. The comet is currently south of the Sun in the evening sky. Near perihelion, the comet's elongation from the un will be 4-5 degrees. I have yet to look at the observing possiblities, but it is unlikely that it will not be visible from the Northern Hemisphere until after perihelion. Any observations from either hemisphere will be limited to twilight observations until the comet is well past peak brightness. I will post a link to the ephemeris when it becomes available. CSM

Es un gran descubrimiento Mandorlini , la lastima es que nosotros desde aqui , no vamos a poder observarlo a simple vista , lo veremos en Mayo posiblemente con una elongacion mas alta...

Mateo-Neo, te pido dispulpas, y tienes razón. Cuando ayer entre en el enlace que facilitabas se me fue la vista al Cometa que aparece a la derecha del que tu dices, que lo estoy esperando como "aguita de mayo" nunca mejor dicho, y ni siquiera me percate del que tu decías.

Si no hay sorpresa incluida, este para el hemisferio norte sera muy "light"

Por cierto esto va a ser LA LECHEEEEE 3 cometas en el cielo bien visibles es una gran oportunidad y un bonito espectaculo que nos brinda la naturaleza....
