ELIDA bastante tiene con sobrevivir, a rebufo de Douglas, el cual le genera cizalladura.

The center briefly became exposed to
the northwest of the main convective mass this afternoon due to
moderate to strong northwesterly shear. Since that time, a new
burst of deep convection with very cold cloud tops has developed
near and over the the center.

ELIDA pasa a ser historia tropical.

Elida has been devoid of deep convection near the center for more
than 12 hours, and there currently isn't even a thunderstorm within
250 nmi of the center. Therefore, Elida is now declared a remnant
low, and this is the last advisory issued by the National Hurricane
Center on this system.
